Mission & Goals
Paynest is an integrated finance and payments platform that helps companies save time and money. Powered by AI, it automates the management and payment of all employee and supplier expenses - including invoices, mileage logs, per diems, allowances, and recurring bills - while giving finance teams real-time visibility and actionable insights. Using AI, OCR, and QR code reading, employees can submit expenses and invoices in seconds, significantly reducing manual work and errors. Paynest adapts to each company’s structure, ensuring accuracy, fraud detection, policy adherence, instant card reconciliations, seamless ERP integrations, and regulatory compliance (DL 28/2019 in Portugal, Orden EHA 962/2007 in Spain).

We do not have a specific EU legislative or policy target in mind, however we were invited to join a session with Senhora Comissária Europeia Maria Luís Albuquerque in Portugal to address challenges Fintech's face to scale in Europe.
