Mission & Goals
Paulig is a family‑owned food & beverage company headquartered in Finland, with operations in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Belgium, Spain and the UK. Its brands include Santa Maria, Risenta, Poco Loco, Zanyu and Conimex, alongside a strong private‑label business across Europe and globally. In 2025, Paulig generated EUR 1.39 billion in revenue and employed around 2,700 people in 13 countries. Sustainability is central to Paulig’s strategy. In 2025, its updated climate targets were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative, confirming a commitment to cut Scope 1–3 emissions by 43% by 2030 from a 2018 baseline. So far, the company has reduced emissions by 38% in its own operations and by 4% across its value chain. Paulig advances healthier and more sustainable products, with the goal of 70% of sales from such products by 2030. Over 30% of its wheat is sourced through regenerative agriculture, and the company aims to halve food losses by 2030.
