Oxford College of International Studies (OCIS) is a private, international training and professional education provider registered in the United Kingdom and the United States. Our core goals are: To Provide High-Quality Professional Education OCIS is committed to delivering internationally recognized, career-focused professional programs in business, management, technology, healthcare, education, and related fields. Our aim is to equip learners with practical skills aligned with global industry standards. To Promote Accessible and Flexible Learning We strive to make high-quality education accessible through online, hybrid, and center-based learning formats, enabling students from diverse regions—especially in the Middle East and North Africa—to pursue recognized qualifications. To Support Global Workforce Development Through vocational and professional certifications, we contribute to the development of a skilled, competent workforce that meets the needs of employers

Main EU legislative proposals or policies targeted: Oxford College of International Studies does not engage in direct lobbying activities but follows and supports EU legislative proposals and policies that influence the recognition and regulation of professional education and vocational training within the European Union. Specifically, our interest representation activities relate to: Council Recommendation on a European approach to micro-credentials for lifelong learning and employability (adopted June 2022) European Skills Agenda for sustainable competitiveness, social fairness and resilience Proposal for a Council Recommendation on ensuring a fair transition towards climate neutrality (insofar as it relates to green skills and workforce development) European Education Area strategic framework 2021–2030 Directive on transparent and predictable working conditions in the European Union (with relevance to vocational and professional development standards)
