Mission & Goals
Oxa Group Sh.p.k. is a Kosovo-based investment and holding company operating across diverse strategic sectors including wood processing and furniture manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and commercial real estate development. Established with the vision of fostering economic innovation and infrastructure transformation in the Western Balkans, Oxa Group plays a pivotal role in promoting regional value chains and sustainable growth. Oxa Group is committed to aligning its operations and development strategies with the principles and objectives of the European Union’s Green Agenda, the Western Balkans Growth Plan, and cross-border economic integration, by developing "Oxa EcoStruct" a transformative €16 million greenfield investment in Kosovo that aims to establish a modern, high-capacity precast concrete plant specializing in low-carbon, energy-efficient construction materials.
EU Legislative Interests
🔹 1. Sustainable Industrial Development Enhance the competitiveness of Kosovo's precast concrete industry by investing in smart technologies and aligning production with EU market standards (CE, FSC, ISO). Expand export capabilities through EU trade preferences and partnerships with major construction partners.
Communication Activities
In cooperation with Sigma BMC and SMS Construction, currently we are preparing for a large scale investment in a precast concrete manufactory in Kosovo, with an extensive greenfield investment of EUR 16 million.
