Mission & Goals
Out of The Box International is a European Network working on youth currently operating in 26 European countries bringing together 34 diverse organisations advocating and raising awareness for more innovative, youth-centred and solidarity policies across Europe. With 4 thematic priorities (alternative democracies, social cohesion, mental health and cross-cutting priorities), Our MEMBER ORGANISATIONS (34) from 26 countries are Youth Organisations, Non-Governmental Organisations, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs), Municipalities and Universities ensuring a variety of expertise and experience in building different kind of innovative social projects. We are experts in different EU policy areas such as youth, education, cohesion and solidarity, digital, with focus on cross-sectorial practices.

We are the membership based organisation.
Organisation Members
As a European Network we empower group processes by identifying common goals and partnerships and finally moderating the creation of cross-sectoral and “out of the box” ideas and solutions addressing concrete problems. Our MEMBER ORGANISATIONS (34) from 26 countries are mostly Youth Organisations (19) and youth-cooperation entities (15). They have a designated role in the provision of new perspectives and ideas for cooperation on the topic of youth. They are also participants in the governing structure of OTB, and the beneficiaries of the benefits created by the network. Our partnerships also include NGOs, business and social partners and, additionally, Universities, ensuring, thus, a variety of expertise and experience in building different kinds of innovative youth projects. OTB gathers experts in different EU policy areas such as youth, education, cohesion and solidarity, and digital skill sets, ensuring, in this way, a variety of expertise and experience. Out of the Box network provides its members with increased opportunities to network, build partnerships and develop initiatives for organisations and their members.
