Mission & Goals
Aktors is a software development company that has played an important role in building up the e-society of Estonia. We are one of the creators or the Estonian national interoperability platform X-Road, State Treasury and several other e-government solutions. We have done extensive research on the topic of Justice digitalisation together with the academia and created a comprehensive Court Information System. We have also successfully exported our know-how to several other countries. Our main focus areas today are e-government, digitalisation of finance and justice sectors and defence and homeland security.
