Mission & Goals
The ORLEN Group is a leading multinational energy and petrochemical company headquartered in Poland. It operates primarily in Central and Eastern Europe, with activities spanning the entire energy value chain. Its core business areas include: Oil refining and petroleum products – processing crude oil into fuels such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, as well as producing petrochemicals and plastics. Energy generation – producing power&heat from conventional sources, incl. natural gas and increasingly from renewable energy sources. Natural gas – exploration, production, trading, and distribution of gas, including LNG. Retail and wholesale fuel sales – operating an extensive network of fuel stations with growing charging points across multiple EU countries and supplying fuels and energy products to industry. Petrochemicals – manufacturing fertilizers and chemical products used in various industries, including packaging, automotive and construction.
