Mission & Goals
Organization for Transformative Works (“OTW”) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to protecting and preserving noncommercial works created by fans based on existing works, including popular television shows, books, and movies (often described as “fanworks”).
EU Legislative Interests
Technology/intellectual property initiatives; media and society initiatives; information society initiatives. Our current interests are in the Digital Services Act and the EU Copyright Directive.
