As an independent full-service commercial law firm with offices in Cologne and Frankfurt, Oppenhoff advises its clients on all important areas of commercial law - nationally and internationally. The firm's IT and Data law practice helps organizations manage the complex laws and regulations surrounding the digi-tal economy and personal data in the EU and beyond.

The specific EU policy we are interested in, while advancing the interests of our client, is the digi-tal agenda of the European Commission and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
