Mission & Goals
svolgere e promuovere, sia in Italia che all’estero, ed esclusivamente per fini di solidarietà sociale, attività di ricerca scientifica, osservazione e analisi di marginalità e disparità sociali comunque intese. In particolare, svolge e promuove l’analisi e l’osservazione, anche sul campo, dei processi migratori e delle dinamiche di frontiera sia nazionali che estere; - migliorare le strategie di accoglienza, supporto e cura nei contesti in cui si collocano i processi migratori e favorire il riconoscimento dei diritti delle persone migranti e delle persone comunque sottoposte a discriminazione
EU Legislative Interests
Policy initiatives within the external dimension of migration and asylum, with a particular focus on cooperation with third countries in North Africa (e.g. Libya, Tunisia), and relating EU-funding initiatives through the EU Trust Fund for Africa and NDICI- Global Europe. Policy initiatives in the field of labor, legal migration, integration and anti-discrimination (e.g. in the context of implementation of the Long-Term Residence Directive; establishment of talent pools).
