Mission & Goals
Since its establishment in 1921, Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG has grown into one of the world’s leading dry bulk owners and operators. Each year, we carry about 380 million tons of bulk and unitised cargo around the world. We perform approximately 15,000 port calls in about 118 countries. On average, we operate around 700 chartered and owned ships at any one time. As a specialist in spot business, industrial contracts and offshore transshipment, we focus predominantly on drybulk logistics. Our transshipment solutions enable clients to use bigger ships on long haul routes, resulting in freight savings and significantly lower GHG emissions across the supply chain. Our headquarters is located in Lübeck, Germany. We have additional offices in Hamburg, Copenhagen, Athens, Varna, London, Vancouver, Stamford (CT, USA), Port of Spain (Trinidad & Tobago), São Paulo, Santiago, İskenderun (Türkiye), Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Mumbai, Vietnam, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo and Melbourne.
