Mission & Goals
ODI Europe is an independent, global affairs think tank based in Brussels with a global network of partners. We bring research, ideas and dialogue with the world into the European policy debate to drive global change. At the intersection of major issues, we bring global evidence to the debate and foster international dialogue. We are sensitive to political realities and work across a broad range of stakeholders including the European Union’s institutions, Member States and the wider European neighbourhood. We work closely with colleagues in our offices in London and Washington D.C.

Assistance and other instruments/mechanisms, in particular, the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument – Global Europe Common, Foreign and Security Policy External relations, foreign policy, international collaboration and partnerships, Global economy and trade, global gateway, development, multilateral relations, migration, humanitarian policy, gender, human rights and democracy, climate and digital.
Communication Activities
ODI Europe publishes independent reports and policy-relevant papers relating to the topics above. We engage in outreach and advocacy for the ideas we produce and convene events to foster dialogue and debate.
