Mission & Goals
NOVTREND SPLLC Shtip and ZMAJ-PROMET LLC Shtip have formed a consortium to jointly realize a major investment in a new logistics centre. NOVTREND is the consortium leader, with roles and responsibilities defined through a formal agreement, ensuring coordinated execution, risk sharing, and efficient resource allocation. ZMAJ-PROMET, established in 1993, began as an international transport company and now operates across the textile, automotive, FMCG, and pharmaceutical industries, with 30 Euro 6 vehicles and 40 employees. In 2004, ZMAJ-PROMET founded its fully owned subsidiary NOVTREND, supporting fashion and automotive textile manufacturing. The company has expanded into modern logistics and production facilities. Committed to sustainability, it has invested in 3.5 MW (on a group level) of solar energy, meeting 100% of internal needs and contributing 4.2 million kWh annually to the green energy market.
