Mission & Goals
The Norwegian Car Collectors' Association was established in 1980, and as of 1 / 5-2020 has 66 member companies, represented in all counties. The member companies of NBF receive and process over 80% of discarded vehicles per year. The member companies in NBF have a two-part operation. On the one hand, we run the reception and environmental remediation of discarded vehicles, and on the other hand, we carry out professional dismantling and sales of used car parts from newer damaged cars and from wrecked cars. As a member of NBF, you get access to sign up for membership in NBF Datagruppen, which operates a common sharing database, and you can use a framework agreement on the purchase of damaged cars from SB1. NBF conducts political advocacy work for the industry and collaborates with Scandinavian and European industry organizations on common issues.
