Mission & Goals

The organisation supports structured collaboration between technology startups, investment actors, and public sector institutions. It focuses on enabling cross-border engagement between emerging technology ecosystems and government stakeholders, particularly in digital technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data governance, semiconductor and compute infrastructure, and dual-use innovation. It develops government engagement and B2G market entry strategies for innovative organisations, including public procurement positioning, regulatory navigation, and strategic partnership development across different institutional and regulatory environments. The organisation also maps and connects cross-regional innovation and talent ecosystems, facilitating collaboration between startups, research institutions, investors, and public sector stakeholders to strengthen technological competitiveness, innovation capacity, and strategic autonomy in Europe and beyond.

EU Legislative Interests

The organisation engages in EU policy monitoring, analysis, and stakeholder engagement relating to digital regulation, emerging technologies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data governance, semiconductor and compute infrastructure, dual-use innovation, and talent ecosystem connectivity. It follows and analyses EU legislative and policy initiatives including the Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act, Artificial Intelligence Act, Data Governance Act, Data Act, NIS2 Directive, Cyber Resilience Act, European Chips Act, Horizon Europe Framework Programme, European Defence Fund, and European Defence Industrial Strategy, as well as broader EU strategies on digital sovereignty, strategic autonomy, economic security, and innovation and talent mobility ecosystems. Activities include policy research and analysis, mapping of cross-regional innovation and talent ecosystems, participation in public consultations, engagement in multi-stakeholder discussions, interaction with EU institutions and agencies, and dissemination of technical and policy insights on emerging technologies, workforce ecosystems, and governance frameworks.

Communication Activities

The organisation undertakes communication and dissemination activities related to EU digital, innovation, and security policy frameworks. These include publication of analytical briefings, research notes, and policy summaries on emerging technologies and regulatory developments. It organises and participates in thematic events, roundtables, workshops, and expert discussions involving stakeholders from industry, research, and policy communities. It contributes to knowledge exchange initiatives on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data governance, semiconductor ecosystems, defence innovation, and talent and innovation ecosystem development across regions.
