Mission & Goals
Noetic AI is a newly established independent innovation policy lab founded by Zoi Roupakia, an AI policy researcher and engineer. It operates as a one-person consultancy exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence, governance, and innovation policy. Its goal is to contribute to evidence-based policymaking on responsible, transparent, and inclusive AI adoption. Noetic AI engages with research, analysis, and advisory work on AI governance and innovation policy

Noetic AI has not yet contributed to any EU legislative or policy process. Its overarching aim is to participate in expert consultations and policy dialogues on AI governance, transparency, and inclusion, contributing analytical and technical perspectives
