Mission & Goals
Noetic AI is a newly established independent innovation policy lab founded by Zoi Roupakia, an AI policy researcher and engineer. It operates as a one-person consultancy exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence, governance, and innovation policy. Its goal is to contribute to evidence-based policymaking on responsible, transparent, and inclusive AI adoption. Noetic AI engages with research, analysis, and advisory work on AI governance and innovation policy
