The company gradually turned its focus to the protection of the marine environment and started producing and supplying pollution control equipment to combat incidents. New Naval Ltd participated as beneficiary in CLAIM Project (Cleaning Litter by developing and Applying Innovative Methods in European seas) H2020 of the European Commission (Research Executive Agency).A completely new prototype boom was specifically designed by New Naval for the river environment. MINDS is the spin off company in order to exploit the results of CLAIM Project.
