Mission & Goals

We support Undertakings dealing with HFCs (thus in scope of F-GAS Regulations) worldwide. Our goal is to make sure that while the Undertakings are compliant, the competent authorities are also informed in case of issues with the implementation of the Regulation (conflicting procedures, incongruences and so forth). We consider our expertise to be a valuable asset for all involved stakeholders, making sure that the lawmakers are conscious of the reality of the business and relevant Customs procedures and at the same time the affected Undertakings are fully compliant with the legal requirements.
