Navas&Cusi it is a multidisciplinary leading law firm with an international vocation. Navas&Cusi specializes in banking law, financial law, European Union law, tax law and new technologies, as well as litigation. EU Legislative Interests

• EPAS (Employees Lobby Public Abuse): Spanish association that defends the interests of the group of Public Employees, aiming to prevent, detect and sanction the abuse of temporary employment, non-discrimination in working conditions and the stabilization of the group through administrative regularization, taking into account the European regulations. • ASJUBI40 (Jubilación anticipada sin penalizar): Penalization of early retirees in Spain and Europe.
