Mission & Goals
NATCOL is The Natural Food Colours Association that represents the international interests of companies and associations involved in natural food colours and/or colouring foods mainly for the food and drink industry. NATCOL is an international non-profit organisation founded in 1979 in Basle, Switzerland. It is a global organisation based in Europe, acting world wide with a wide membership, e.g. Japan, India, North and South America. NATCOL is the go to association for the use of natural colours and colouring foods in food/drink, feed, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. NATCOL provides sound scientific evidence on Natural Colours and Colouring Foods to preserve customers and consumers’ choice.
