Mission & Goals
MyItura is a healthcare financing and digital health infrastructure company focused on improving healthcare affordability and access across Africa. Our mission is to help underserved populations access quality healthcare without upfront financial barriers by combining embedded healthcare financing, diagnostics access, digital healthcare tools, and multi channel technology infrastructure across web, mobile, USSD, and IVR platforms. We work with healthcare providers, patients, and ecosystem partners to build scalable systems that improve healthcare utilization, financial inclusion, and health outcomes across underserved communities.

Current operations and activities have been supported through a combination of founder capital, grants from non EU ecosystem partners, debt financing, revenue generated from operations, and strategic innovation support programmes.
