Mission & Goals
The Inter-Parliamentary Coalition for Global Ethics was established in order to achieve global peace and reconciliation in all areas of conflict, in all societies and nations, by promoting the implementation of the UN resolutions on culture and peace. The Coalition will endeavor to promote the implementation of these resolutions by engaging for the first time religious leaders, parliamentarians, and academic leaders, who search for common values and principles in the arenas of religion, law and education, to work together and individually implement the UN resolutions for the culture of peace through fostering initiatives, projects and collaborations in fields including education, communication and legislation in the Middle East. The initiative will serve as a milestone and model to achieve peace in areas of conflict and in all societies and nations. It is by giving these sectors a voice in the framework of the peace process that we can hope to find a solution to continuing conflicts
EU Legislative Interests
Regarding EU legislative proposals we are targeting the EU foreign policy on areas in conflict especially the Middle East, Africa and Asia to suggest that all reconstruction aid to areas in conflict be linked to mandatory education for the culture or peace, human security and the United Nations SDGs,.We present our proposals and suggestions to MEPs to decide whether to accept the suggestion and under what legislative titles.
Communication Activities
Meetings with MEPs and conferences. We had a conference sponsored by MEPs in May 2025. We hope to have a conference in EU Parliament in 2026 to follow up on the proposals for Education for the Culture of Peace and Human Security to Prevent Conflicts

Dear Sir/Madame, I have reviewed your request for clarifications again. Although I have replied at the time, I will further clarify regarding our budget. We do not keep funds in any bank account. The members are responsible for their own expenses, i.e travel and accomodations for events and conferences and any office work which needs to be done for IPCGE activities. We do not do fundraising and as members are responsible for their own expenses we do not demand membership dues. The total average expenses for IPCGE activities per year carried by the members themselves is close to 72,000 USD annually. Although this method may be new to the EU parliament register, we kindly request that you accept our mode of operation
