Mission & Goals

The principal objectives of the Association shall be as follows: ”MULTI KULTI COLLECTIVE” is a socio-cultural organisation committed to the integration and attainment of equality for European Union (EU) citizens, third-country nationals, refugees, and ethnic minorities within the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU. The Association shall also work towards the development of civil society, the protection of human rights, and the inclusion of vulnerable groups.

EU Legislative Interests

Multi Kulti Collective engages with EU-level policies related to migrant and refugee integration, fundamental rights, non-discrimination, and social inclusion. Our work contributes to the implementation and monitoring of EU frameworks and strategies, including the EU Action Plan on Integration and Inclusion, the EU Anti-Racism Action Plan, and EU policies on combating hate speech, racism, and discrimination. We also engage with EU policies related to access to education, youth participation, media literacy, and civic engagement, including non-formal education and human-rights education. Our activities aim to support evidence-based policymaking through research, capacity-building, awareness-raising, and structured dialogue with stakeholders, rather than direct lobbying on specific legislative texts.

Communication Activities

Multi Kulti Collective carries out communication and awareness-raising activities that support the implementation and public understanding of EU policies on migrant integration, fundamental rights, non-discrimination, anti-racism, and social inclusion. These activities include public discussions, conferences and roundtables, training programmes, workshops, and capacity-building events for youth, educators, journalists, civil society organisations, and community leaders. The organisation develops and disseminates research reports, policy briefs, educational toolkits, manuals, and online resources related to human rights, hate speech, inclusive education, and migrant integration. Communication activities also include media campaigns, cultural and artistic initiatives, and public exhibitions aimed at countering stereotypes, promoting social cohesion, and amplifying underrepresented voices. At EU level, Multi Kulti Collective contributes to structured dialogue, thematic consultations, and knowledge-sharing within European networks and initiatives, supporting evidence-based policymaking and informed public debate, rather than direct advocacy on specific legislative proposals.
