Mission & Goals
Formed in 2017, Mubadala Investment Company PJSC (Mubadala) is a United Arab Emirates (UAE) public joint stock company wholly owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi in the UAE. Mubadala’s mandate is to generate sustainable returns within risk parameters acceptable to the board of directors of Mubadala, while delivering positive impacts on the communities where Mubadala deploys capital. Mubadala’s investment strategy is designed to build a resilient portfolio, diversified across asset classes and geographies. Mubadala believes that Environmental, Social and Governance factors are fundamentally linked to its ability to protect and to create long-term value at both the asset and portfolio levels.
