Mission & Goals
To Distribute a Non Chemical PFAS free fire fighting product to European Fire fighting teams, through localised distribuition . Our Product is called Marine 3 Fire and is a Mineral Based wetting agent, which is fully certificate through CE Dresden and ALS laboratories in the UK. We want to help the enviroment by offering a PFAS free fire fighting wetting agent but not to impact the ability to extinguish fire safely and quickly especially wildfires that Central and Southern Europe has on a yearly basis. We are Associated members of the CTIF and FIA and have been distributing our product since 2022. We are looking to increase the number of distributers within Europe to cover all the main states within. At proesent we have distribution in Portugal, Cyprus, Holland, Turkey, Uzbekistan, UAE and soon to be Chile. We are looking at increasing the distribution of Marine 3 Fire to more European states.
EU Legislative Interests
1) EU PFAS Restriction under REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) Marine 3 Fire aligns with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and REACH proposals to restrict and phase out PFAS (“forever chemicals”) in firefighting foams due to environmental persistence, water contamination, and human health concerns. As a PFAS-free mineral wetting agent, Marine 3 Fire offers a compliant transition pathway for fire services seeking alternatives to fluorinated foams. 2) European Green Deal The product supports the EU Green Deal’s environmental protection objectives by reducing toxic runoff, lowering chemical pollution, minimizing ecological harm, and contributing to more sustainable firefighting practices. 3) EU Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability This strategy aims to replace harmful chemicals with safer alternatives and reduce pollution to protect both citizens and ecosystems. Marine 3 Fire’s biodegradable mineral-based formulation fits this policy direction by providing a safer substitute to persistent chemical foams. 4) EU Civil Protection Mechanism & rescEU Wildfire Preparedness With increasing wildfires across Europe, the EU has strengthened prevention, preparedness, and response systems. Marine 3 Fire’s wildfire suppression, firebreak enhancement, reduced water use, and compatibility with aerial and ground deployment support EU resilience and operational effectiveness objectives. 5) Water Framework Directive & Environmental Liability Directive Marine 3 Fire’s reduced runoff and biodegradable composition support EU priorities around protecting groundwater, surface water, and ecosystems from hazardous contamination commonly associated with foam-based suppression products. 6) Industrial Emissions Directive / Seveso III Directive For industrial sites, waste facilities, and hazardous environments, Marine 3 Fire can support safer emergency response planning while reducing secondary environmental contamination risks. 7) Circular Economy & Sustainability Goals By reducing water consumption, lowering clean-up burdens, and minimizing contamination, Marine 3 Fire contributes to resource efficiency and sustainable operational management. In summary: Marine 3 Fire supports the EU’s broader goals of environmental compliance, PFAS elimination, climate adaptation, civil protection modernization, and sustainable firefighting innovation. It is particularly relevant to policymakers focused on REACH, Green Deal implementation, wildfire preparedness (ERCC), and ecological risk reduction. To confirm, these are the groups we wish to be part of and NOT part of this just now.
Communication Activities
Marine 3 Fire’s communication activities are designed to actively support and contribute to EU priorities around PFAS phase-out, environmental protection, wildfire resilience, and sustainable civil protection by engaging policymakers, fire authorities, industry leaders, and environmental stakeholders. Key communication activities related to the EU policies outlined above include: 1) Participation in EU and International Fire Policy Events Presentation of Marine 3 Fire at high-level forums such as CTIF (International Association of Fire and Rescue Services) meetings, including wildfire and environmental protection discussions. Engagement with EU Civil Protection and wildfire resilience stakeholders to demonstrate PFAS-free operational alternatives. Attendance at policy-focused events involving environmental transition, wildfire preparedness, and firefighting innovation. (CTIF meeting held in Brussels 28th&29th April 2026 where Mosmart UK presented to the CTIF members to advantages of using marine 3 Fire). 2) Government and Regulatory Outreach Direct engagement with national fire authorities, forestry agencies, civil protection bodies, and environmental ministries across Europe. Formal presentations and meeting requests to fire services and public-sector agencies to support PFAS transition planning. Support for discussions aligned with REACH restrictions, Green Deal goals, and Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability. 3) Targeted Awareness Campaigns LinkedIn, and all other Social media platforms. Digital thought-leadership campaigns focused on: PFAS-free firefighting alternatives Wildfire prevention and suppression Water conservation Environmental damage reduction Sustainable firefighting modernization Sector-specific campaigns targeting waste management, forestry, industrial fire protection, and maritime sectors. 4) Educational Publications and Technical Documentation Product brochures, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), CE certification materials, and independently verified test reports. Comparative publications explaining differences between PFAS foams and mineral-based wetting agents. Policy-aligned briefing documents highlighting how Marine 3 Fire supports EU environmental and civil protection objectives. 5) Demonstrations and Live Testing Campaigns Independent testing demonstrations at recognized institutions such as the Fire Service College, Moreton-in-Marsh, International demonstrations for fire departments, forestry agencies, and government bodies to validate operational effectiveness. Wildfire, industrial, and Class A fire scenario demonstrations to showcase compatibility with EU preparedness needs. 6) Stakeholder Collaboration Collaboration with distributors, civil defence organizations, wildfire commissions, and firefighting professionals to expand awareness of PFAS-free alternatives. Engagement with insurance, waste, and infrastructure sectors where EU environmental liabilities are a major concern. 7) Media and Public Relations Use of branded publications, videos, digital campaigns, and multilingual outreach materials to broaden awareness across EU and international markets. Communication positioning focused on “PFAS-free firefighting without environmental legacy.” Strategic Communication Objective: To position Marine 3 Fire not just as a product, but as a practical policy-supporting solution that helps governments and fire services transition toward: REACH compliance Green Deal objectives Sustainable wildfire response Reduced chemical pollution Modernized civil protection standards In summary: Marine 3 Fire’s communication strategy centers on education, demonstration, policy engagement, and public awareness—ensuring that operational stakeholders and EU policymakers understand how advanced PFAS-free firefighting solutions can support Europe’s environmental and emergency response transformation.resenting our product to CTIF members and visiting the ERCC with our fellow member of the CTIF
