Monzo Bank Europe is authorised by the European Central Bank and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as a licensed bank as of 16 December 2025. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland serves as the European base for Monzo, the UK’s leading digital bank, with a mission to make money work for everyone.
