Montclare Capital Partners continuously conducts communication activities related to the European Union's priority policies on investment, sustainability, and cross-border cooperation. These activities include: – The periodic publication of analytical articles in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Polish via the "Montclare Journal" platform, focusing on tax and corporate structuring, sustainable development, foreign capital attraction, and business mobility within the framework of the Single Market and the Green Agenda. – Participation in events organized by chambers of commerce (Spanish-Polish, Spanish-Dutch), urban investment platforms, and business forums related to digitalization, boosting SMEs, and sustainable regional development in line with cohesion policies. – Collaboration with regional economic development offices and national investment promotion agencies, supporting the dissemination of European programs aimed at sustainable infrastructure, clean energy, and the digital transition. – Direct communication with European institutions regarding administrative simplification, legal interoperability between Member States, and the practical application of rules affecting cross-border business, especially in the tax, real estate, and corporate spheres. – Development of technical materials and strategic briefs aimed at law firms, family offices, and funds interested in operating within the EU's strategic priorities (Digital Agenda, Taxonomy Regulation, Green Deal, Interreg programs, and blended financing). These actions reflect Montclare's commitment to the principles of transparency, sustainability, and the integration of the European Union's internal market.

There are currently no "members" in the classical sense; instead, we maintain an active network of professional and institutional allies across Europe, which includes: Law firms specializing in international law, taxation, and compliance in the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, and Luxembourg. Tax advisors and corporate consultants working directly with family offices, wealth managers, and private banks. Real estate partners for off-market transactions, land development, and prime assets, in both urban and strategic locations. Institutional collaborators for specific initiatives with regional investment agencies (e.g., Invest in Poznań, Invest in Wrocław, among others). Associated law firms for civil and criminal litigation, facilitated through a strategic intermediary model (Montclare does not practice law but acts as an international coordinator between parties).
