Mission & Goals
Der Verein verfolgt die Förderung der Mildtätigkeit sowie folgende Gemeinnützige Zwecke im Sinne des Abschnitts “steuerbegünstigte Zwecke” der Abgabenordnung: a) die Förderung der Rettung von Menschen aus Lebensgefahr durch alle geeigneten Maßnahmen, die dem Erhalt menschlichen Lebens durch die Bergung von Personen aus besonderen Gefahrenlagen, insbesondere aus Seenot, dienen b) die Förderung der Verfolgten- und Flüchtlingshilfe insbesondere durch die Mitwirkung an vorübergehenden Unterbringungen sowie die Versorgung der entsprechenden Zielgruppe.

Study for "Main Safety Aspects Relevant to SAR" by European Maritime Safety Agency. Requested from the European Commission within the framwork of the Search and Rescue (SAR) Contact Group. Return Regulations by the LIBE Committee
Communication Activities
For the meeting between DG HOME and NGOs we got an invitation by Unit C4 - Migration Management Response and Counter-Smuggling, which also requires to register in the transparency register. For Return Regulations by the LIBE Committee we where contacted by NGO PICUM.
