EU Legislative Interests

Focus is energy regulation such as Regulation on Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT), sustainability regulation such as EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, and financial regulation with an impact on energy markets in general and energy trading in particular such as Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) and European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR).

Communication Activities

Mind Energy engages (in own name or via industry trade associations at national, Nordic, and European levels) in advocacy and continuously responds to consultations, particularly in relation to energy trading, but also with regard to energy and sustainability issues more broadly.
