Mission & Goals

MetaPlanet is developing a digital representation of planet Earth in which the vast diversity of Earth observation intelligence services can be integrated. The integration of time series data will make it a powerful assistant for analysis and visualisation purposes. This innovative digital twin of the Earth will be accessible through a 3D immersive and intuitive environment that takes the forms of digital maps, graphs or a variety of metaverses, each catering to its specific purposes (ex: civil security, urban planning, gaming…). The digital representation of the Earth will boost a generic AI model optimised to be queryable by other AI agents. This will allow users to answer complex queries such as “Show me how many houses were flooded in Hamburg in the last storm event, with an immersive 3D view of the situation, as if I was walking in the city”. This will make MetaPlanet an actionable source of information for all companies and individuals outside the space sector.
