In addition, MERICS's experts are regularly consulted on these topics by senior public and private sector decision-makers from all over Europe.

EU Legislative Interests

MERICS advises across the whole spectrum of EU and EU member state relations with China. In doing so, the institute regularly works on a wide range of policy domains, such as trade, social affairs, foreign and security policy, and the environment.
