EU Legislative Interests

This event is organised by the Mensch International Foundation for the invitation at the invitation of MEP. The event is a historical commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Nuremberg Trails. Furthermore, during the event the MIF will give out Mensch awards to personalities who contributed to human rights promotion.

Communication Activities

I confirm that I have not been carrying out any communications, campaigns publications, etc. related to the EU policies above, and I am not planning to do it neither. The Mensch International Foundation has several programs each year in different countries of the world. The current event is dedicated to the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Nuremberg Trials. Amongst the speakers an MEP, the representative of the Belgian jewish community, a university professor from Poland heading jewish studies, a Belgian citizen - philanthropist will take part in the event. We attach the program bellow. Program: 1. opening speech 2. Speach by a University Professor on the Nuremberg Trials. A short film about the trials will be shown. 3. Chief Rabbi of Brussels will enlighten us about whether the teaching in high schools about the Nuremberg Trials might possibly reduce anti semitism and all other forms of racism,xenophobia and homophobia. He will tell us about the current anti semitism in Belgium. 4. The director will offer us a short commentary of the Nuremberg Trials and other war criminal trials to be held in the future. 5. Mensch Awards: The MENSCH AWARDS to be bestowed to several people A guitarist will play and sing a song 6. closing remarks 7. RECEPTION:
