Mission & Goals
MedTech Europe is the European trade association representing the medical technology manufacturers that produce diagnostics, medical devices and digital health solutions in Europe. MedTech Europe's mission is to make safe and innovative medical technology available to more people. MedTech Europe aims to: * promote the value and contribution of the medical technology industry * raise awareness about the role that innovative medical technologies play in providing solutions to Europe’s ever-growing healthcare needs * anticipate and respond to new business trends * develop scientific expertise on questions of economic, medical and technical nature related to the medical technology industry * collect, develop and communicate reliable data on a wide variety of issues to its members * provide services, support and information that add value to our members * encourage the contribution of the medical technology industry to EU industrial competitiveness and sustainable healthcare systems

Our represented companies produce nearly 85 percent of the health care technology purchased and utilized annually around the world. *HTA Stakeholder Network: Stakeholder organisations with an interest in Union cooperation on HTA, including patient associations, consumer organisations, health technology developer associations, health professional organisations and other relevant non-governmental organisations in the field of health, including clinical and learned societies.
