MediWound Ltd. (Nasdaq: MDWD) is a global leader in next-generation enzymatic therapeutics for non-surgical tissue repair. With robust in-house research, development and manufacturing capabilities, the company produces and commercializes cutting-edge biologics and CBRN medical countermeasures for wound and burn care. Through this partnership, BARDA supports the continued development and procurement of NexoBrid as a medical countermeasure for thermal burn and blast-injury management as part of national preparedness for mass-casualty events.
