Develop, produce, and market cultivated meat (meat and fat tissue from cell culture). Improve sustainability and ethical aspects of food.
EU Legislative Interests
Our goals include - Quicker and smoother introduction of novel foods in a safe manner. - Lower regulatory tresholds for targeted genetic improvements. - Labelling of cultivated meat in a transparent manner that is understood and appreciated well by consumers. - Pricing of foods reflecting ecological burden. - New perspectives for farmers contributing to a more plant-based food supply and nature management.
