Mission & Goals
MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic & partners is a tax advisory firm providing expertise in the area of local and international taxation. Our experience gained in working for the Polish Parliament, government and civic and business association in the process of developing tax legislation and practice allows us to support our clients, including business and civic associations, in expressing their ideas and concepts in different phases of the law making processes and in making sound decisions in the dynamic environment.
EU Legislative Interests
- initiatives, works and studies on taxation, specifically in the area of indirect taxation - we are involved in the works of VAT Expert Group as the member of VEG - we are often involved in consultations of proposed EU legislation in the area of customs and indirect taxation
Communication Activities
organisation together with EU Commission of the workhops on introduction of the e-commerce package (VAT) in Poland organisation and participation in the workshops and conferences on proposed VAT in the Digital Age package organisation and participation in the workshops, conferences and other events on EU VAT especially proposed changes to the VAT Directive
