Mission & Goals
We are an engineering and project management consultancy as well as project developers with a specific focus on subsea telecoms cables. We are currently working on an EU-funded project called PISCES which is a subsea telecoms cable planned to conenct Ireland, France, Spain and Portugal. MDM are a Beneficiary of a number of CEF grants for the project and are responsible for project management and engineering activities for the project. The PISCES project is currently being developed in a specific project company Deep Sea Fibre Networks. We are also working on another EU-funded project called Fibre to Irelands Islands (FII). We are also working on a number of other telecoms projects for private clients as well as developing our own projects.
EU Legislative Interests
We have a specific interest in subsea telecoms cables and adjacent infrastructure.
Communication Activities
Our communications activites are generally specifically related to our CEF funded project PISCES and to a lesser extent the Fibre to Irelands Islands (FII) project.
