Materialz develops 100% sustainable industrial materials based on Polycondensed Mineral Technology (PMT), a cutting-edge binder technology. Thanks to a breakthrough in inorganic chemistry, Materialz has developed a process for creating entirely recyclable materials that are safe for both people and the environment. While PMT is ideal for coatings, insulation boards, and mortars, its versatility extends much further: 3D Printing: Suitable for high-precision additive manufacturing. Enhancing Traditional Materials: Improving the sustainability and properties of concrete and cement. Eco-Friendly Sourcing: Made from widely available European raw materials. The technology enables the development of high-performance products with characteristics like Circularity: 100% recyclable and minimal CO2 emissions during production. High Resistance: Completely non-combustible, up to 1200°c fireproof, chemically resistant (pH 0-14) and a longevity of decades.
