EU Legislative Interests
Match Group engages with the EU institutions on a broad range of policy issues affecting technology platforms and the digital economy. This includes active participation in the development and implementation of the Digital Fairness Act, the Digital Omnibus, and the ongoing enforcement of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA). Our advocacy also encompasses the evolving regulatory framework for Artificial Intelligence, the modernization of Consumer Law, and the implementation of robust Data Protection standards. Additionally, the Group monitors and contributes to discussions regarding Online Payments (including PSD3/PSR), Digital Taxation (ViDA), and the legal parameters governing Online Contracts. Central to our mission, we proactively advocate for policies that ensure a safer online space for users and foster a competitive, innovative digital ecosystem across the European Single Market.
