Martiník Law Firm. monitors regulatory developments and focuses in particular on the Regulation on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA), the Regulation on information accompanying transfers of funds and certain crypto-assets, the Regulation on the prevention of the misuse of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering and terrorist financing, the Directive on mechanisms to be established by Member States to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, Regulation (EU) 2024/1620 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 31, 2024, establishing the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Authority (AMLA), the Regulation on foreign subsidies that distort the internal market, the Directive on a single residence and work permit, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
