Magfi ltd <Sustainability in Action> is a boutique advisory firm dedicated to providing <Money and People Solutions for your sustainable business>. Established by Filippo Giancarlo Martinelli in 2020 in the Republic of Malta, Magfi ltd leverages its advisors´ cumulative experience at the interface between management consulting, fundraising and sales within a number of deeptech fields. The firm focuses on servicing innovative European (post-seed) start-up and scale-up companies operating within the foodtech, biotech and cleantech space. Magfi satisfies its clients' different “Money and People needs” acting as “one-stop-shop” solution provider for their challenges, while maintaining a boutique advisory firm attitude. More specifically, Magfi ltd supports its clients with the following services: - Marketing and Business Development - Venture Capital and Crowdfunding - European Grants and EU Compliance - Training and Coaching - Interim Management and in/out sourcing

Forseen actions: Contacts and discussions with MEP and MEP assistants. Online and Brussels-centeres outreach initiatives. Gathering insights and providing information on request and proactively. Main topics of interest: Novel genomic technologies (NGT); follow up dossiers of: farm to fork, novel food regulation, pesticides regulations, and activities related to selected EFSA mandates; follow up dossiers of: plastic directive, circular economy package, packaging waste directives, REACH, and activities related to selected ECHA mandates. BioManufacturing initiative. Alliance for Biosolutions. Horizon Europe successor programmes. New bioeconomy strategy. Involvement in the Biobased Industries Consortium (BIC) as well as in EuropaBio (the european bioindustry association). Follow-up on Biomanufacturing, and Biotech Act.
