Mission & Goals
Lucia Seel International Consulting is a sole proprietorship supporting since 2011 public authorities, clusters and innovation actors in the development and implementation of innovation and cluster policies at regional, national and European level. It focuses on fostering competitiveness, international cooperation, gender equality and diversity in innovation ecosystems. Lucia Seel has extensive experience in EU policy making, EU-funded programmes, as well as strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. Lucia Seel contributed to pan-European initiatives such as the European Cluster Collaboration Platform, the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platforms. Lucia Seel is member of the Board of the global TCI Network of cluster practitioners. Through active participation in many European initiatives, the sole proprietorship supports evidence-based policymaking and strengthens collaboration between policymakers, clusters, SMEs and research organisations across Europe.

As a sole proprietorship (a micro company) the costs of staff, office and for participation at European events are very low (max 0,1 FTE dedicated to such activities). There is no organisation of events, neither members to manage.
