LTH Learnica Dooel,Ohrid is part of LTH Castings Group. The core business is the high pressure die-casting of aluminum castings, for automotive industry. As private company following the concept of providing comprehensive solutions to our partners, we offer high-tech solutions while ensuring cost-effectiveness, through the development and optimization of castings and processes, along with integrated tooling. Respect for every employee, transparency of operations, social responsibility, and environmental protection, responsible and efficient management of the company, and an adequate level of communication are the fundamental principles and pillars of our organizational culture. The company invests in continuous improvement in increasing efficiency in internal processes, emphasizing the quality of products and the impact on the environment. The company works by applying the standards of the following certifications: IATF 16949, ISO 14001: 2004,ISO: 50001 and ISO 45001:2018.
EU Legislative Interests
One of the main strategic objectives of LTH Learnica is investments towards green transition and zero carbon neutrality in order to align with EU Green Deal targets and keep its competitiveness and position as important supplier in the supply chains of major European producers from the automotive industry. Also the company intends to modernize its manufacturing processes and extend its cooperation and integrate into supply chains in other companies and build new partnerships. For these reasons main policies of interest our company are : EU Green Deal Growth Plan for the Western Balkans and in the WBIF (Western Balkans Investment Framework)
