Strengthen multilateral relations and knowledge sharing between the Global North and South by bridging bottom-up and top-down circularity; Support a Shared Intelligence through data-driven solutions for the mapping of best practice circular initiatives compatible with internationally recognised frameworks; Support the development of better policies and economic incentives through research and dissemination; Increase collaboration on projects with stakeholders at all levels; Experience sharing and joint development of circular economy projects

Circular Economy Action Plan - Part of the European Green Deal, focusing on sustainable resource use. Directive on Waste - Sets standards for waste management and recycling. Directive on Single-Use Plastics - Aims to reduce the impact of certain plastic products in the environment. Eco-design Directive - Establishes requirements for environmentally friendly design of products. Just Transition Mechanism (JTM) - Supports regions most affected by the transition to a green economy. Just Transition Fund (JTF) - Provides financial support to help workers and communities adapt to a greener economy. Platform for Coal Regions in Transition - Facilitates the development of strategies and projects in coal regions. Social Business Initiative (SBI) - Aims to create a favourable environment for social enterprises. European Action Plan for the Social Economy - Seeks to enhance social economy’s contribution to economic progress, social inclusion, and green and digital transitions. Initiative for Social Entrepreneurship - Supports social entrepreneurship through funding and policy measures.
