Mission & Goals
Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A. (LIC or Lloyd’s Europe) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyd's which is established as an insurance and reinsurance company in Belgium, which has been writing EEA non-life insurance risks, and reinsurance risks, since 1 January 2019. Lloyd's provides a specialist insurance and reinsurance market based in London. Its membership comprises corporate and individual members, each of whom accepts insurance risk on their own account via their membership of Lloyd's underwriting syndicates. Lloyd's writes (re)insurance from more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
