MIND REAL ESTATE LLC (MRE) a business entity within MIND Group is in charge of the development and management of the MIND park in Kragujevac, Serbia. MRE is a MIND Park developer. As landlord of MIND Park, MRE provides turn-key solutions for state-of-the-art production and office space to investors around the globe. From the initial communication with the client to the construction of buildings and infrastructure, as well as renting office and manufacturing space according to the highest standards. Our mission is to become the first integrated Technology, Production, and Logistics Hub in Southeastern Europe by providing sustainable and competitive real estate solutions for the railway, high-tech, and aviation sectors. Our strategical goals: Creating a One-Stop Shop, Developing a Competence Center, Creating a Sustainable Work Environment, Supporting Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Infrastructure Improvement, Ensuring Sustainable Development and Proper Utilization of Resources.

The company is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED). Its legal representative is a member of the Council for Vocational and Adult Education of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. He is also a member of the Assembly of the Science and Technology Park Nis LLC and serves as the President of the Employers' Council of the University of Kragujevac. Furthermore, he is a member of the Economic Forum of the City of Kragujevac, the Business Parliament of the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Sumadija and Pomoravlje Administrative District, and the Council of the Academy of Applied Studies Sumadija. The company actively participates in numerous national and international conferences on topics such as Industry 4.0, education, investment, water treatment, ecology, and environmental protection.
