Mission & Goals
The Life Science Manufacturers Association (LSMA) is the unified voice for manufacturers providing essential consumables, reagents, equipment, and services for discovery, development, and production in the life science industry. Our mission is to proactively represent the life science value chain by engaging with EU and international policymakers on regulatory and policy frameworks. This fosters a thriving biotech ecosystem that drives innovation, improves human health, and powers economic growth. LSMA aims to ensure policymakers understand the critical role of upstream manufacturers in advancing life science innovation and to advocate for policies that secure Europe's leadership and resilience in the sector.
