Mission & Goals
LGB International is the new federation of national lesbian, gay men and bisexual (LGB) organisations. Since LGB Alliance began in the UK in 2019, groups have begun in a variety of countries, rebuilding a movement for LGB people who do not subscribe to gender identity ideology. Our goal is to provide a global voice to represent the views of and advocate for LGB people at global level including to UN agencies and multinational institutions. We defend freedom of speech and advocate for our rights and interests and protest against discriminatory policies and practices, including in employment, education, housing, health care, partnership, family and other areas. We highlight the dual discrimination faced by lesbians (as women and homosexuals) and support the legal right of separate assembly based on biological sex and sexual orientation. We advocate for the right of adults and young people to mature, develop and explore their sexuality and personalities without gender identity ideology.
EU Legislative Interests
Our principal drive at the European legislative level is our Response to the EU Commission’s Union of Equality: “LGBTIQ+” Equality Strategy 2026-2030. We are not represented by the LGBTQ+ Community, and ask the voices of LGB people be included in EU decision making.
