Mission & Goals
LanzaJet is a leading global sustainable fuels technology company and sustainable fuels producer. The company’s investors include LanzaTech, Suncor, Mitsui, British Airways, ANA, Shell, Southwest Airlines, MUFG, Groupe ADP, and Microsoft. In 2024, LanzaJet held the grand opening of the world’s first commercial ethanol to SAF facility in Soperton, Georgia. The company is the first to commercialize this technology and can use any source of sustainable ethanol for jet fuel production, including advanced waste-based, synthetic and recycled carbon ethanol. LanzaJet’s technology is the foundation for several SAF projects not only in Europe but globally, including Project Speedbird in the UK and the Paris-Vatry SAF project in France.
