Mission & Goals
LTO Nederland is de ondernemersorganisatie voor Nederlandse boeren en tuinders. LTO Nederland behartigt de belangen van 35.000 leden door te werken aan een gunstig ondernemersklimaat voor agrariërs in Nederland en Europa. LTO Nederland ondersteunt en verbindt ondernemers in de land- en tuinbouwsector. We zetten ons in voor gezonde dieren en planten en een gezonde omgeving en hebben volop oog voor belangrijke maatschappelijke uitdagingen op het gebied van klimaat, energie, waterkwaliteit, natuur en landschap. Als derde werkgeversorganisatie van Nederland zorgt LTO Nederland ook voor goede arbeidsvoorwaarden voor iedereen in onze sector.
EU Legislative Interests
LTO Nederland richt zich in Europees en internationaal verband met name, maar niet uitsluitend, op de volgende onderwerpen: - het Gemeenschappelijk Landbouwbeleid; - Klimaat- en Milieubeleid; - Handel; - Dier- en plantgezondheid; - Dierenwelzijn.
